So there I was at the YMCA about three weeks ago. Some over weight older guy started telling me that I was exercising wrong. Not wanting to create a big scene, I smiled and thanked him for his suggestions and went on my way.
So there I was this past week at the YMCA and saw the same over weight old guy telling several other people that they too were working out wrong AND I began to get pissed. If this guy new so much, how come he couldn't get his fat self in better shape? Sure enough, he came up to me and began critiquing me. So in typical NO FILTER fashion I said "have you ever heard the expression, 'if you ride a bike then you shouldn't give advise to someone about buying a car?'" The utter confusion on his face to such an insult probably still haunts him to this hour. After a few minutes, my conscious got the best of me and I later apologized for my remarks, but hopefully the old fat dude will think twice next time.
